J.D. Irving launches its 2023-2024 Student Ambassador Program

October 2, 2023  By P&PC Staff

J.D. Irving has launched its 2023-2024 Student Ambassador Program. The program’s objective is to recruit the best and brightest student minds to join the home team.

“We’ve been working hard the last few months to improve the student recruitment program within J.D. Irving and this is just one of the many puzzle pieces that contribute to doing so,” says Jill Hickson, student recruitment lead at J.D. Irving. “We are pleased to present this exciting Student Ambassador opportunity, allowing us to continue building a dynamic relationship between our company and students on campus.”

The student ambassadors will attend J.D. Irving on-campus events at their schools and work alongside the company’s recruitment team, helping to find high-potential students, just like themselves. The company believes in providing the best possible experience to its co-op and summer students and this program is one of the major steps to help achieve this goal.
